Environmental protection is important to him, which is why he produces his wines from organic, pesticide-free grapes. In winemaking, he strives for natural processes, avoiding additives, must adjustment, and acid reduction.

His winery is located in the historic Avas Kis-Avas area of Miskolc, where nearly a thousand cellars stand as a reminder of the area's deep winemaking heritage.
