In the heart of Miskolc, on the historic Avas cellar row, Zsolt Sándor awaits you with his four organic wines, where you can taste wines from chemical-free farming in an authentic environment.
What to expect
- Come and take a closer look at Miskolc's small Avas cellar row with a great historical past, where Zsolt's cellar is just one among hundreds
- Start the tasting in the tasting room above the press house, where you will taste the first few wines
- Listen to the stories connected to the Avas cellar houses, which were once a thriving part of Miskolc's downtown
- Snack on freshly baked scones, an essential part of the package, but we would recommend asking for Zsolt's famous Mangalica abundance platter, which also comes with fresh sourdough bread and organic crackling cream
- Tour the cellar and ask as many questions as you can from the winemaker, as few know the history of the wine region better than he does
