We currently cultivate 7 hectares of vineyards, aiming to maintain a manageable, human-scale estate. This size allows us to personally tend to our vineyards and craft our wines within a close-knit family circle. Two-thirds of our time is spent in the vineyard, with the remainder dedicated to the cellar and tastings. This balance gives us the opportunity to thoroughly understand our vineyards and grape varieties.

We approached grape variety selection and vineyard location with great care and intention.

A strong emphasis is placed on doing everything necessary to ensure high-quality grapes. We take yield limitation seriously and view environmentally conscious practices as the foundation for our future. Our goal is to achieve gentle, sustainable viticulture. Currently, we work with five different vineyards, with Blaufränkisch (Kékfrankos) as our flagship variety.
