LTC – Domaine Les Trois Chênes is a nature-focused family micro-winery where technological precision meets a sense of freedom and peaceful closeness to nature. The estate lies on the hills of Alsóörs — with the forest behind us and Lake Balaton in front. Thanks to the sunlight reflected from the lake, winters are exceptionally mild (rosemary starts blooming as early as January), creating a Mediterranean microclimate. In the vineyard, rocky red soil meets marl and clay.

We work with three French grape varieties: Muscat Blanc, Pinot Gris and Syrah. Due to the firm soil and warm, dry microclimate, we apply significant yield limitation to protect the vines. Between the rows, flowering cover crops are planted to fix nitrogen, loosen the soil, preserve moisture when pressed down in summer, and support biodiversity — bees, crickets and green lizards thrive here.

Because the estate is small, we can harvest the grapes all at once at full ripeness, ensuring outstanding quality. The wines are made on site with strict technological discipline. We preserve each grape's natural character, producing friendly, easy-drinking yet distinctive wines. Our Syrah has won multiple gold medals at the Veszprém County wine competition — which includes all four regional wine districts.

Tastings can be held on our Balaton-facing terrace in front of the cellar, where we welcome up to 12 visitors on weekends.
