Our winery is one of the characteristic small family farms in the Sopron wine region. We cultivate five hectares of vineyards, most of which are located in the best slopes along the shores of Lake Fertő. Our family planted and maintains the vineyards, and we make our wines exclusively from our own grapes.

In viticulture and processing, we pay great attention to environmentally friendly techniques and gentle grape processing. The second generation of our family is involved in viticulture. After completing his studies in viticulture and winemaking, Iváncsics Zoltán worked at the Sopron State Farm, and in the 1990s, he co-founded Sop-Vin Ltd. while also starting his own business.
