Hangyál Winery is all about family. We deeply love the role that wine plays in our lives. It has brought out things in us that nothing else would have. The most important thing for us is to live with love, alongside our family, the vineyard, and the wine—there’s nothing more we need.

As a new generation, we have emerged in the Pannonhalma wine region. We have a lot we want to share with people through our wines and the cultivation of our grapes, which is the best way we can serve the wine region. We also want to provide an experience for the guests visiting our winery.

The physical work related to the vineyard and winemaking, such as crop limitation and nature-focused farming, all radiates a sense of freshness. We try to cultivate our vineyards in the best possible way, though it presents many challenges. We plant leguminous plants between the rows, so when we walk into the vineyard, we feel like we're in a blooming vineyard field. It’s a breathtaking sight when flowers like phacelia, crimson clover, or buckwheat bloom in the vineyard. Walking through the beautiful vines gives us extra energy, strength, and ambition, helping us overcome the difficulties.

Our winery's headquarters are located on Héma Hill in Nyúl. The building complex houses the original teacher’s house from 1904, which has been preserved in its original condition and now serves as our winery. Next to it, over a hundred years later, we built our "showcase winery."
