In 2002, the Ferenc Winery's Winearium was completed, serving not only as a storage space for our wines but also as a fitting tribute to the winemaking heritage of the peninsula.

From the Roman era to the 18th century, tools and equipment for viticulture and winemaking are showcased here. While they are no longer in use due to their obsolescence, they now delight the eye as historical relics, replaced by modern tools. Winemaking has long-standing traditions in our family, initially practiced on a small scale. Today, however, we produce large quantities of high-quality white, red, and rosé wines.

Our goal is to preserve and promote the grape varieties native to this wine region. We use a modern reductive method to produce our white wines, while our red wines are crafted using traditional oxidative techniques.
