In 2007, Bardon Winery brought new life to a grand bourgeois house in the heart of the picturesque village of Erdőbénye. The owner named the winery after his mother, Beatrix Bardon, as a tribute to their French heritage. The winemaking philosophy combines Tokaj traditions with French elegance. Since 2016, the wines have been crafted by a well-traveled young winemaker, Ádám Molnár. His thoughtful and multifaceted personality is reflected in the wines — they carry youthful energy, easy drinkability and an aristocratic elegance.
