After gaining several years of experience in viticulture and winemaking, Ing. Jan Domin decided in the 1990s to apply his acquired knowledge to his own family winery. He actively participated in the leadership of the wine industry until 2017. He passionately pursued wine terroir and wanted to share his wines with good-natured people. His ambition went hand in hand with a clean environment, where there was no trace of chemicals or pessimism. He strived for harmony and elegance in both cultivation and winemaking. He did not see the word "BIO" as a marketing label, but as a necessity—especially if you are truly serious about wine tasting. He preferred not to describe the wines with words, believing it was better to let them speak for themselves. Today, the winery is run by his daughter, Diana, and son-in-law, Tibor.
