The Zlatý Strapec company was founded in 1992 by Anna and Gejza Nagy and is one of the most famous private wineries in the Tokaj wine region. The winery bears the original trademark of Tokaji wine and has won numerous awards at both domestic and international wine exhibitions in recognition of its high-quality products.

This is a typical family winery, which has been operating for three generations of winemakers. The company owns approximately 7 hectares of vineyards, where traditional grape varieties such as Furmint, Lipovina, and Yellow Muscat are cultivated. Historically, these varieties have proven to be the most suitable for the production of Tokaji wines.
