The soils are strong, thanks to the cultivation of good green manure plants that provide nourishment for the soil's microorganisms, thus maintaining and enhancing soil life. As an alternative, nutrients from natural composts are also used to supplement the soil. Tamašek Family Winery does not use any chemicals, including pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.

We planted 5,300 vines per hectare. The high density allows the vines to produce fewer grapes per vine, resulting in greater complexity and a higher concentration of flavors. The vines root deeper to access the essential nutrients they need.
