Fyrmonia is a first-generation family winery located in the village of Fűr (Rúbaň) in Slovakia, at the heart of the “valley of three rivers,” just a 30-minute drive from Esztergom. Our organically farmed vineyards grow on the Öreghegy slope, where a unique microclimate and clay–loam soil shape the character of our wines. Each bottle reflects spontaneous fermentation, minimal intervention and deep respect for nature.
