Ádám Wicker crafts his wines in the Borbíró Street of the Hajós Cellar Village, following the Swabian viticultural and winemaking traditions of Hajós while embracing modern winemaking trends and directions. His family has owned the over 250-year-old cellar for generations.
The winery’s selection includes not only internationally renowned varieties but also Hungary’s and the Hajós-Baja wine region’s characteristic grapes. Some of the varieties include, but are not limited to, Cserszegi Fűszeres, Kövidinka, Chardonnay, Blaufränkisch (Kékfrankos), Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
