Just as the old cellar, filled with decades-old barrels underground, and the gleaming, thousands-of-hectoliter tanks above ground coexist, so too do tradition and innovation stand side by side in our philosophy. We believe it is essential to carry the traditions of the past within us, which is most evident in the humility with which we tend to our vineyards and approach our work. Innovation and technology provide the tools for realization, and we strive to use them to the highest standard in order to achieve the best quality. In the past, every process of winemaking was carried out by people; today, much of the work is done with the help of machinery. But we know that the most crucial part of winemaking will always be the person. Without heart and soul, good wines cannot be made. Every bottle carries the decisions of the viticulturist and winemaker, as well as the coordinated effort of the entire team.
