Although our family comes from another part of the country, we dreamed of and founded our winery in the Balaton-Felvidék Wine Region. On one hand, the characteristics of the environment make the work a completely different experience, and on the other hand, we wanted to work primarily with wines made from the region’s distinctive grape varieties. Our decision was also influenced by our collaboration with the Németh family, who have been living and working in this wine region for years. We felt that we wanted to show how the joint effort of the Tar and Németh families led to the creation of our winery, which is why we chose this name.
