Légli Vineyard was founded in 1989 by Ottó Légli, starting from half a hectare of inherited family land. The financial foundation for the venture came from his commercial activity in the mid-1980s, when he sold 1,400–1,500 crates of peaches per week by integrating 10–12 families into the process.

From the very beginning, we have focused on finding distinctive vineyard sites, primarily for white grape varieties. The family background and the professional training that began in Szőlőskislak in the late 1960s provided valuable inspiration and knowledge.

Our goal is for our wines to express the harmony of natural values — purity, fruit character and acidity — together with conscious and responsible human work.
