Hévíz Wine Bar and Cellar is located in the picturesque Balaton Uplands Wine Region, in Hévíz, where Zsuzsanna Lakicsné Fodor passionately runs her winery, which she founded in 2016. The estate spans 6 hectares with a variety of grape varieties, including Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Cserszegi Fűszeres, Ottonel Muscat, as well as Merlot, Blaufränkisch, Portugieser, and Pinot Noir. The vines grow on clayey, stony soils, which give the wines a unique character, balancing freshness with the depth provided by the terroir.

Hévíz Wine Bar and Cellar proudly welcomes guests for wine tastings and is actively building its wine tourism offering, providing visitors with the opportunity to experience the unique viticulture and winemaking culture of the Balaton Uplands up close.
