HedoNick Winery was founded in 2018 by the Nick family. While their family originally worked in a different field, they have been involved in winemaking for several centuries, passed down through generations. With a deep love for both wine and gastronomy, as well as a passion for nature, winemaking has become their favorite hobby-turned-business.

It’s no secret that they are fond of the hedonistic lifestyle, which is where the name of the winery comes from. Their vineyards are located in the Badacsony wine region, specifically on Mount Sabar.

In both viticulture and winemaking, they follow the same principle: blending the higher-level application of modern technology with a close connection to nature and sustainability. Fortunately, this philosophy is shared by their winemaker and viticulturist, Péter Feldhoffer. They currently work on 4 hectares of land, with plans for continuous growth.

They are particularly keen on experimenting with grape varieties from other wine regions, aiming to collaborate with like-minded viticulturists who share similar principles.
