In 2013, I launched Gombai Pezsgőpince, which is now the largest artisanal sparkling wine cellar in Etyek, located on the renowned Gasztrosétány.

I personally oversee every step of the sparkling wine-making process, strictly following traditional methods. I’m happy to share the secrets of my craft with visitors, from the harvest and base wine production to bottling, aging, riddling, and even the most spectacular step—disgorging.

I place great importance on innovation and exploring new possibilities. In the world of winemaking, particularly in sparkling wine, there is still so much untapped potential. I enjoy experimenting with new Hungarian grape varieties, which led to the creation of sparkling wine from Orpheus grapes and the Paff red brut nature sparkling wine made from Pannonfrankos grapes.
