Introduction
My winery operates as a small family estate with a modest vineyard. I personally take care of the vine work — pruning, canopy management and harvest. The vineyard is located in the Hajós wine region and allows for the production of around 2,000 bottles a year. What makes the cellar unique is that part of the must fermentation and wine ageing takes place in amphorae that I craft myself.
