Borkollégium is Hungary's first wine school and the country's first center of the internationally influential Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) network, which is headquartered in London. The Borkollégium began offering wine education in 1991, and has been operating in an institutionalized form since 1996. It received WSET accreditation in 2005, although it had already been using the organization's educational curriculum prior to this.
