The winery was founded in 2004 in the picturesque winegrowing village of Starovice, Moravia. The founders initially acquired 12 hectares of vineyards in the Středohoří area, located above the Brno-Břeclav highway, an estate that was originally cultivated by their grandparents. This historic vineyard was first mentioned in 1290, and thanks to its unique location and distinctive microclimate, it produces exceptional-quality grapes.

Over time, an additional 14 hectares of vineyards were planted in exclusive sites, including the traditional Zádvorník, Nové hory, and Vysluní vineyard routes. These locations not only yield premium grapes but also offer breathtaking views of the Pálava landscape.
