Located on the eastern side of Hustopeče, in the heart of the South Moravian landscape, Starý Vrch Winery is a true haven for nature lovers. Surrounded by vineyards and not far from the Czech Republic's largest almond grove and a stunning wooden observation tower, the winery offers breathtaking views of the Pálava Hills and the White Carpathians. Nestled among small apricot orchards, Starý Vrch Winery was founded in 2014 by Petr and Lukáš Poličtí. The terraced building, constructed from natural stone and oak, provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for visitors.

The winery cultivates 10 hectares of its own vineyards, growing traditional Moravian varieties in the Hustopeče, Strachotín, and Popice areas, producing 130,000 liters of wine annually. Of this, 15,000 liters are aged in original French oak barrels under the expert care of their cellar master, Ondřej Lukeš.
