Vinařství Obelisk was founded in 2016 and operates in a modern winery building, set amidst its vineyards. Committed to sustainability, the vineyard is cultivated without herbicides, and grape harvesting is done primarily by hand.

Wines are crafted using modern technologies while staying true to traditional methods, with no additives and a vegan-friendly approach. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, and amphorae made from clay excavated during the winery's construction, ensuring a unique and natural maturation process.
