At the ZANTHO Winery in Andau, traditional winemaking methods are combined with modern cellar techniques. Under the leadership of Wolfgang Peck and Christopher Eisinger, the winery team pays special attention to ensuring that every process— from grape reception and harvest to bottling— is carried out with the utmost care. The winery continually invests in traditional handcrafted tools, such as small oak barrels, while also embracing innovative solutions that ensure the highest quality. Some wines are aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, while others are stored in oak barrels of various ages and sizes, blending tradition with modern technology.
