The Hannes Reeh Winery is located in the village of Andau, just a few kilometers from the Hungarian border, on the easternmost edge of the Fertő Lake wine region.

Here, the grapes that make up the wine thrive and flourish. With about 2,400 hours of sunshine annually, Andau is the sunniest place in Austria—combined with less than 500 mm of annual rainfall, it is also one of the driest regions in the country. Under these conditions, exceptionally ripe grapes grow, resulting in elegant, powerful, and full-bodied wines. The wines produced here have an intense flavor profile with ripe, dense fullness.
