Strong women, strong wines – this is the motto that Maria and her daughter, Anna live by at Faber-Köchl Winery. Their deep connection with nature and the Weinviertel region is especially important to these dedicated organic winemakers.

"A wine should reflect the place it comes from," Maria believes. Rather than imitating the world’s great wine nations, they focus on crafting authentic Weinviertel wines—the kind that make you want to pour a second glass. In 2019, Anna was awarded the VINEUS Wine Award as Austria’s "Newcomer Winemaker of the Year."
