Since 2011, Dieter and Brigitte Conrad have been dedicated to organic grape cultivation, carefully selecting grape varieties based on soil characteristics and the microclimate. Their vineyards are evenly split between white and red grape varieties. For them, quality begins in the vineyard, with consistent soil and canopy management, followed by meticulous harvesting. Hand-sorting is a fundamental practice at their winery. Red and white wines are processed in separate cellars to ensure optimal conditions for each type. When the vintage allows, they also produce sweet wines, most notably the renowned "Ruster Ausbruch."

In addition to viticulture, they operate a garden café where guests can enjoy freshly baked homemade pastries daily.
