Introduction

The Gebrüder Nittnaus winery is located in Gols, a village in Austria's Burgenland wine region, on the eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl. The family was first mentioned as vineyard owners in 1683, meaning they have been engaged in winemaking for over 300 years. Since 2019, the winery has been run by brothers Andreas and Hans Michael Nittnaus. The winery's symbol is a geometrically stylized grape cluster. For decades, this family winery has focused on the diversity and potential of the vineyards in the Lake Neusiedl wine region, which beautifully reflect the fruit-forward character of Burgenland wines.
