- Meet László Zaťko, a winemaker who has been developing his small family winery for decades and is keen to show it to wine tourists
- Start with a welcome drink of Irsai Olivér brandy and plan the next hour and a half
- Learn the family's story through a six-item wine tasting, while touring the cellar and listening to the wine-making processes
- Take a sample from one of the barrels and taste the unique aromas that barrel aging contributes to the wine's flavor
- Walk around the vineyards near the cellar with the winemaker as part of the vineyard tour and enjoy the views of Ipolynyék
