Taste 5 great selections at one of the most promising young winemakers of the South Slovak wine region, Csaba Szitás., in Köbölkút. At this experimental winemaker, you will taste spontaneously fermented wines with samples directly from the barrel.
What to expect
- Come to the Borvin winery in Köbölkút and get to know the Noria, Dunaj, and Cabernet varieties
- Start with a welcome drink, usually a sparkling wine, and follow the winemaker on a cellar tour
- Discover the world of natural wines, ask about the specialties of the South Slovak terroir
- Request a cheese platter or cold platter alongside the wine tasting, so you can experience the flavors of the wines with food combinations
