You can taste six wines at this special wine tasting at Pletser Winery in Adony, where the wines are served directly from the tank. After the tasting, a wine dinner will be served featuring pork knuckle cooked in an earth oven.
What to expect
- Come to Adony and look for Pletser Winery's press house on the older wine cellars street of the town
- Taste 6 wines, which are tapped for you freshly, directly from the tank
- Tour the U-shaped, hand-dug cellar and look at the wines resting under black mold in the wine museum
- Snack on cheese, fruits and bakery goods from the cheese plate between the tasted wines
- A crispy-skinned, oven-baked pork knuckle and potatoes with onions await at the set table after the wine tasting
