What to expect
- Come to Balatonkeresztúr and look for the Rubin Winery along the old Route 7
- Taste at least 5 or rather 7 organic wines and learn about the organic approach
- Walk around the vineyards around the estate building and follow the winemaker to the cellar
- Order a cold plate and cheese plate as well, so you can also get to know the flavor world of local small producers
- Take home a few bottles of Rubin wine so you can experience the organic vibe anytime at home
