- Head to the northeastern tip of the Balatonboglár wine region, Siójut, and look for Mile Winery
- Taste at least 4, but preferably 6 wines from the family winery's selection at this Balaton wine tasting
- Tour the estate center with the winemaker, go out with him to the vineyard, and also head down to the cellar
- Taste barrel or tank samples in the cellar and climb up to the observation tower in the vineyard
- Order a cold plate and a cheese plate, allowing you to pair the wines with the region's artisanal delicacies
